Amazing place with awesome coaches! 2 of my sons have been in BJJ for about 8 months and they just joined Muay Thai this month, my other son has been in Muay Thai for about 7 months and just had his first competition. I also attend the Cardio Kickboxing class. You can find us at The Grind Monday through Friday! Great atmosphere!
